Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy 
Our policy lasts 14 days. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Items discounted over 20% are final sale.

Refund Confirmation 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in the UK
To return your product(s), please mail to: 3 Beech Road, Cheadle Hulme SK8 7BW. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Goods
